Finishing off the cabling was simple. I kept the Mic off as I did not need that but added the GPS which I mounted via some Velcro I have in my Garage behind the front panel.
I have used it on a few trips recently and yes I was worried about no IBIS or stabilization of any kind, but I need not of been worried.
Anyhoos, after trying various ways to soften the blow I stumbled across MotoCoverz who make sheepskin covers for all makes and models of motorbikes at what I consider very reasonable prices.
