I’ve never been one for owning gear for the sake of it. Every camera, every tool, has to earn its place. Some are about craft. Some are about convenience. All are about capturing a truth — whether that’s on the road, in a darkroom, or through a lens.

Film

Hasselblad 500CM and Canon AE-1 — my true photographic love.
This is where I slow down, think, and create. The feel of film, the sound of the shutter, and the satisfaction of printing by hand remind me why I fell in love with photography in the first place. Film photography is tactile, flawed, and beautifully human — exactly as art should be.

Digital

Canon R6, Samsung S22, DJI Action 5 Pro, and DJI Nano — tools for when the story needs to move.
Digital is about agility. It’s about the moments when film would take too long to load, or when the story unfolds faster than I can rewind. Whether I’m filming a Vespa ride or grabbing a still between takes, these tools help keep the ideas flowing.

Transport & Companions

Vespa GTS 300 “Phoenix” and Honda Transalp XL750 “The Captain” — both tool and joy.
They carry me to the landscapes, the cafés, and the quiet lay-bys where most of my photographs begin. Because in the end, the camera is just one part of it. The ride, the road, and the craft all feed the same thing — the pursuit of seeing differently.
